Investigation Friday, June 1st, 2007
C.O.P.S. Members Present: Tony, Russell, John, Jason

The team arrived at 8:00 P.M. to begin the investigation. Upon arrival, we greeted the homeowners and discussed our plans for the evening. There are several small children who live in this home. Due to this fact, this investigation was taken extremely seriously and handled with great care. After we set up our DVR system and audio recorders, we decided to split into two teams in order to get two separate sets of experiences. John and Tony along with the homeowner ventured into the house first.

John and Tony began by taking EMF sweeps and temperature readings. We took seat in the living room of the home and Tony started asking IRC questions. They noted a few noises of unexplainable origin, noises that the homeowner couldn't confirm as normal "house noises." After twenty minutes of Tony asking IRC questions, John took over and asked some questions of his own. Johns line of questioning proved to provoke a substantial response. At one point, John asked "Do you have good intentions in this home? If you have good intentions, let us know by making a noise." John waited forty-five seconds, ample time for a response. With no response given, John asked "If you have malevolent or evil intentions in this home, make a noise." Within five seconds, all three people in that living room heard a noise in response. We had a DVR camera position above a doorway, allowing us to capture the entire living room; the cable from this camera was taped against the wall to prevent it's weight from affecting our camera position. The noise that John, Tony and the homeowner heard was the sound of the tape holding the cable being methodically peeled off the wall. Tony and John immediately re-taped the cable and attempted to recreate the noise. We recreated what the noise would have been had it been gravity that caused the tape to come off; it wasn't the same noise. The matching noise occurred when Tony took between his forefinger and thumb an edge of the tape and peeled it off in one deft move. No EMF activations nor EVP's were recorded at this time.

John, Tony and the homeowner stepped outside for a few moments, allowing the house to calm. At this point, we did not discuss anything that had happened with the Russell and Jason. Upon re-entering the home, we focused our attention on the three bedrooms and one bathroom of the home. John and Tony took position in the hallway and arranged themselves in manner that the could both see in all three bedrooms. During this time, John and Tony asked various IRC questions. Fifteen minutes into our investigation, Tony noticed a light anomaly in the back, south east, bedroom. At this point, Tony traded positions with John to see if John could witness the same anomaly. John was able to confirm this strange light that passed in front of a set of curtains and followed along the wall and ceiling before disappearing. The window in which this light anomaly occurred near faces the back yard of the home thus, eliminating the chance car headlights passing by and causing the anomaly. No EMF activations or EVP's were recorded at this point in the investigation.

John and Tony gave way to Russell and Jason, allowing them to enter and conduct their investigation. The male homeowner went with Russell and Jason as well. They began their investigation in the back, south-east bedroom. Russell led the IRC questions and conducted knock tests, both actions rendered no response. After spending several minutes in the back bedroom, the team moved to the parlor area. Russell took watch down the hallway and Jason and the homeowner observed the west side of the house.

Russell began IRC's again, this time, with more authority. Shortly thereafter, Russell reported seeing multiple shadow movement down the hall. The homeowner traded spots with Russell and verified the shadow movement. Russell handed the question asking off to Jason and the homeowner. After various questions were asked a loud crack was heard by Russell, Jason and the homeowner. However, after thorough investigation, the team determined this loud noise to be the TV set in the living room settling; a result of the air conditioning cooling the air around the television set. At this time the team registered two EMF activations. Russell searched for an ambient, natural source of EMF, but found none.

The team moved into the living room and the homeowner asked a majority of the questions. The homeowner was interested to find out why the spirit was there and asked it, multiple times to leave. During this time, no EMF activations nor EVP's were recorded. The team then found their way back to the Parlor, in hopes to register more EMF activations.

While Jason and Russell were each holding a K-II, the EMF detectors began to activate again. This time both Jason and Russell scoured the entire house attempting to follow the EMF and find any natural sources. Their efforts were fruitless.

Once Russell, Jason and the homeowner finished their investigation, the team compared notes and took a short break. Soon after, the entire team and the homeowner returned into the house to perform a final sit down and ask any questions that we previously did not ask. The team spread throughout the house and stationed various K-II EMF detectors as arrays. John started by asking questions styled toward attempting to recreate the same "tape peeling" response. During this line of questions, the team observed several notable EMF activations. John moved throughout the house, asking questions and as he did, our EMF meters registered activations in rooms opposite John's location. It seemed that whatever is present in that home was irritated by John's presence and constantly moved away from him.

Once all questions were asked, the gathered and took seated positions and remained quiet for thirty minutes. The team watched and listened for any unexplainable noises or movements. During this time, nothing of unexplainable nature occurred.

Central Oklahoma Paranormal Studies would like to thank the homeowners for allowing us to investigate and further their understanding of what may be happening in their home.

Investigation Saturday, June 9th, 2007
C.O.P.S. Members Present: Tony, Russell, John, Mike, Jason

We arrived at 7:30 P.M. and set up our DVR and audio as we did in our prior investigation. Tony and Russell decided to take a back seat on this investigation and stayed outside with the male homeowner. Mike and Jason performed the investigation, the female homeowner and her mother-in-law joined this time and John served as DVR monitor.

Due to the reaction that John caused during our first investigation, John, while monitoring our DVR screen, kept quiet. Mike led the investigation and began in the living room and progressed through asking various questions and performing knock tests. No reactions, EMF activations or EVP's were recorded in the living room.

Mike led the team throughout the house and continued with the investigation. Every hour, the team took a break, not discussing what, if anything, that might have happened. Near the end of the investigation, the team was positioned in the living room again. While Mike was leading an IRC session, the female homeowner was touched with "a good amount of pressure," on her foot, which, at the time, was planted flat on the floor. After this, John decided to become verbal in attempt to recreate some of the same responses we noted just eight days prior. To the Teams' surprise, John, yet again, was able to provoke a response simply by asking questions. Twenty minutes after John began speaking, one of our DVR cameras that was position in the hallway was forcefully removed from the wall, crashing to the floor below causing a very loud bang. This response was all to similar to the occurrence we had in our first investigation.

The camera being flung from the wall proved to be the only experience the team was able to not that evening. Again, we recorded no EVP from this night.

Investigation Monday, July 23rd, 2007
C.O.P.S. Members Present: Tony, Russell

Due to some of the extreme occurrences that the homeowners and their family experienced over the past couple months Tony and Russell were called in again. This time, Tony and Russell decided to conduct the investigation during the day. We arrived at the home at 2:30 P.M. and conversed with the female homeowner.

The female homeowner, who works from her home office during the day has reported a majority of the activity taking place during mid afternoon. Russell and Tony conducted this investigation with just our audio recorders. That day, we were made aware of several things that happened early that morning in the master bedroom. These events were very frightening for the homeowners and due to their torment, we have chosen to omit such details.

Tony began by entering the master bedroom at 3:30 P.M. Taking a seat on the bed, Tony started asking various questions. Twice, he felt a thud from underneath the bed and shortly after heard two footsteps shuffle across the carpet in front of the closet to his left. Tony spent approximately forty-five minutes in the room alone. Near the end of his questioning, Tony was laying flat on his back with his left arm stretched out. It was at this point that he felt and sharp scraping pain on his lower forearm. He stood and turned on the lights. Looking down at his forearm, Tony observed several noticeable scratches that broke his skin and came very close to bleeding.

After this, Russell moved into the room and began a recording of his own, in hopes to experience anything similar to Tony's experience. After thirty minutes and no noticeable responses, Russell exited the room and found Tony. At this point, we reviewed our audio and to our surprise, we had captured several EVP's.

By this time, the male homeowner returned home from work and was very anxious to hear what we had captured. The female homeowner expressed an interest to join Tony during one final EVP session. Tony and the homeowner spent roughly and hour and twenty minutes in the master bedroom attempting to capture an explanation for the events that occur in this residence. While Tony was asking questions, the female homeowner heard a voice in ear that said "Yea Right." This EVP was also captured on our audio.

The EVP's we captured that afternoon revealed a bit more about what is inhabiting this Yukon residence. The C.O.P.S. team and the homeowners now understand the activity a little better and can hopefully move forward in attempts to rid this family of their torment. The C.O.P.S. team is actively searching for someone who may be able to "remove" these spirits from this home. Unfortunately, the C.O.P.S. team does not deal in spirit removal, we are simply educated investigators who are there to substantiate and offer real world explanations for any possible paranormal occurrence. If you know of any one who is trained to properly remove spirits or if you are that person, please we ask you to contact Central Oklahoma Paranormal Studies at your earliest convenience.
